White Zinfandel

The most popular rose wine in North America, White Zinfandel is a light bodied blush wine that has hints of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, and pepper.  It is recommended to decant white zinfandel for 30 minutes serving temp at 7c to 12c.  Rose wine will stand up to aging for up to 5 years and pairs well with fresh or roasted vegetables, fish, acidic foods, and blue cheeses.

Sauvignon Blanc

A popular and unmistakable white wine that’s loved for its “green” herbal flavors and racy acidity. Sauvignon Blanc displays flavours of white peach, gooseberry, melon, and hints of citrus combine for a wine that requires no aging or decanting.  It pairs well with chicken, pork, goat cheese, mint and all vegetables. It is also a great wine to enjoy with Thai and Vietnamese foods.

Chardonnay

One of the most popular white grapes in the world.  Chardonnay can be made with oak, carbonated to create a sparkling wine, or enjoyed straight from the fridge.  With flavours of yellow apple, starfruit, pineapple, and hints of buttery vanilla this medium acidity wine can be aged for up to 5 years.  Unoaked Chardonnay pairs well with oysters, sushi, pate, and vegetable risotto.  Oaked chardonnay pairs well with halibut, pork tenderloin with apples and squash, corn and mushrooms.

Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris)

The second most popular white grape in the world makes a dry wine with a punchy acidity, with flavours of citrus, green apples, and honeysuckle.  No need for decanting for this wine which should be served between 7c to 12c, and can be aged for up to 3 years.  Pinot Grigio pairs well with white meats and seafood especially with a citrus sauce.

Riesling

Riesling is   known for its strong full flavours, nectar of apples, peaches and pears are present in this wine. It can be served as cold as 3c and aged for years, decanting is not necessary.   This off-dry wine pairs well with spicy Indian foods, shrimp, crab and fresh oysters.

Gewurztraminer

This german grape is treasured for its intense floral aromas best enjoyed young to capture the acidity of this off dry wine.   Flavours include lychee, rose, grapefruit and hints of ginger. Best served at 3c to 7c with no decanting required, this wine pairs well with exotic fair, Moroccan and middle eastern cuisines roasted meats with nuts and dried fruits. The notes of ginger will actually bring out ginger tastes in dishes.

Boarding Pass White Argentina Trio

The Argentinian Mendoza UCO Valley Boarding Pass blends 50% Semilon, 30% Chenin Blanc, and 20% Torrontes.  These three varieties marry together for an explosion of aromas and tastes fresh, intense, and elegant.  Pale straw colour with pale green, transparent nail.  The nose is striking for its complex aroma that makes me think of sweet wine.

Boarding Pass White Napa Valley Trio

The Napa Valley White Boarding pass blends 50% Moscato, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Semillon for a clear coloured with slight tinges of green and hay. The smell is incredibly enticing. Very strong scents of moscato, grapefruit, Cantaloupe, and some honey dew.

The Spanish white Boarding pass blends 50% Palomino, 30% Moscatel and 20% Chardonnay Combine for a very intense white wine, with 2 levels of complexity and intensity.  The aromas contained are: Lanolin, Diesel, Mushroom, Yellow dried flowers, and chamomile with perfect ripeness.   The Oak is very subtle and feels quite integrated and neatly folded into the fruit

Boarding Pass White ItalianTuscanTrio

The White  Italian Tuscan Boarding Pass blends 50% Pinot Grigio, 30% Trebbiano, and 20% Moscato for a refreshing and aromatic wine.  Notes of peaches and apple flavours are common with tangerine, almond, and nutmeg.

The French Loire Valley Boarding pass blends 50% muscadet, 30% chenin Blanc, and 20% semillon for an assertive acid taste with notes of honey, apple, pear and quince combining to make this a great drinking white with potential for aging.

Boarding Pass White Australian Trio

The Australian Hunter Valley Boarding pass blends 50% Chardonnay, 30% semilon, and 20% Verdelho for a wine that showcases the vibrancy and acidity of the Chardonnay with the smaller vibrancy of semilon and verdelho. Pale lemon green in colour the aroma has struck match, grapefruit, peach and oatmeal. Bright and vibrant with a lovely energy and detail, stone fruit, citrus and Nougat core depth, you will find a zesty mouth watering acidity in this wine.

Boarding Pass White Washington Trio

The Walla Walla Valley Boarding pass blends 50% Viognier, 30% Riesling, and 20% Chardonnay. This wine has outrageous aromas of freshly cut white peach, nectarine, wet stone, and honeysuckle leading into intensely flavourful peach and apricot notes that retain a sense of deftness. The medium plus palate walks a fine balance between flavour and elegance.

Zero Zero Organic Chardonnay

Organically grown grapes from California make a wine with lifted aromas and flavour sof herbs, nuts, fresh bread, and spice with a moderate finish.  This wine pairs beautifully with brie style cheeses.
